To deliver your order, we forward your delivery address and, where necessary, contact details (e.g. email address for tracking) to our shipping provider (e.g. DHL). Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

If you contact us by email, phone or via a contact form, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) to handle your request.

The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures or existing contract) or on our legitimate interest in effective communication (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods (e.g. tax and commercial law). Afterwards, the data will be deleted or anonymised.
