Why We Do Not Provide Flat Rates

Every RC model is unique – and so is the required repair effort. Flat rates often lead to unrealistic expectations.

Therefore, we provide an accurate cost estimate only after inspecting your model. Prices without a prior diagnosis are not possible.

The actual costs depend on, among other things:

  • required spare parts
  • time needed for the repair
  • model type and construction
  • scope of the requested work

On request, you will receive a binding cost estimate before the repair begins.

2. Send in Your Model

3. Inspection & Cost Assessment

After inspecting the model, you will receive a diagnosis and a non-binding cost estimate for the possible work.

4. Repair or Tuning

After your approval, we begin the professional repair or requested performance upgrade.

5. Return Shipping

Once the work is completed, we carefully package and return your model to you.
