Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about orders, shipping, and products, as well as important information on the safe handling of RC batteries (e.g. LiPo, NiMH).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany is handled by DHL. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. Shipping is free for orders over €80.

2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
As long as your order has not yet been packed, we can still make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.

3. Which payment methods are accepted?
We offer the following payment options:
– PayPal
– Credit Card (via PayPal)
– SEPA Direct Debit (via PayPal)
– Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

4. Can I have RC models or parts repaired?
Yes! We offer a repair and tuning service for many RC models. More information can be found here: Repair Service

5. Which RC models do you offer?
We carry RC models in the categories of on-road, off-road, brushless systems, as well as a wide range of spare parts and tuning components.

Battery Information & Safety Instructions (LiPo, NiMH, Li-Ion)

Why is special care required for LiPo batteries?

LiPo batteries provide high performance but require careful handling. Incorrect storage, deep discharge, or mechanical damage can cause them to swell or, in extreme cases, catch fire.

Important Basic Rules for LiPo Batteries

  • Never charge unattended
  • Only use a suitable LiPo charger
  • Always charge the battery in a LiPo safe bag or fireproof container
  • Store at approximately 50–60% charge capacity (storage mode)
  • Do not discharge below 3.2 V per cell
  • Never use damaged or swollen batteries

Storage of RC Batteries

Always store batteries:

  • in a cool place (15–20 °C / 59–68 °F)
  • in a dry environment
  • in fireproof containers
  • never fully charged or completely empty for extended periods

Transport of Batteries

For shipping, we strictly use packaging compliant with DHL regulations for lithium batteries. Private users should also transport batteries separately and protected from damage.

Disposal of Used Batteries

Never dispose of batteries in household waste! Please take used batteries to local collection points, authorized dealers, or return them directly to us. More information: Battery Disposal
